Airplanes and The Beach: Fujifilm Superia X-Tra 400

I finally treated myself to some fresh film, and so I went to a drug store and bought a three pack of new Fujicolor Superia X-Tra 400.  I loved how these photos turned out, aided particularly by spectacular work by the film lab.

Naturally, I loaded it into the Pentax K1000 and took the camera on a few different adventures for this roll.  It was my first 36 exposure roll, and I loved having the twelve extra photos to use.

An airplane at a local air museum.

My first photos on the roll came from an air show in spring 2019.  This film reproduced colors well and had a great look to it.

A relic: back before the city council outlawed electric scooters at the oceanfront.
It performed well even in the early morning light at the beach.  I've learned that I particularly enjoy taking photos at the Virginia Beach oceanfront--perhaps mainly since I'm still trying to convince myself to like Virginia Beach.

Boats in the early morning.
As my first roll of fresh film through the Pentax, I was extremely happy with the Superia.
