Slide Film! Ektachrome E100

What can I say?  I was really excited to try slide film, especially Ektachrome!  I'd heard so much about Ektachrome that I couldn't wait to try it, but I forced myself to wait until I had a particularly exciting subject to photograph.

Philadelphia and New York seemed suitably exciting.

It just seemed right to take a weird photo of a random banana on the streets of New York City.

My impression of Ektachrome?  It does like blue scenes.  My camera's meter seemed to work well and seems accurate enough, which was a relief.  Since slide film has such small exposure latitude compared to color negative or black-and-white negative film, I was concerned that the photos would turn out poorly.

Needless to say, however, it all looked decent enough!
